When enrolled in your chosen program you will get a personalised treatment plan, one-on-one appointments with your Elerio practitioner through video or phone, customised meal planning, supporting material to help to follow your plan and importantly; you will be guided through each stage of our unique programs correctly so that you can see the positive changes in your health.

Food and nutrition is mainly viewed as a means of fueling and nourishment but when an illness is being driven by what is being consumed; a nutrition treatment exists.
If you follow a targeted nutritional medicine program, therapeutic changes can be achieved.

You will be consulting with Accredited Australian Dietitians throughout your chosen program which allows you to use your health insurance if your have the suitable extras or the use of Medicare if you have a suitable referral from your general practitioner.
